The purpose of the work consists in the system, with the use of the newest information technologies and research models study of scantily explored processes and developed not enough theoretical problems of regional history. The research came true with the application of some general scientific methods and the special methodologies: comparative, problem-historical analyses, analysis of content, archived search, typological and stratum methods, system-functional, that allowed to go out on the state-of-the-art review of results of researches and others like that. The results of the project consist in the creation on the basis of analysis of theoretical-methodological works in the field of "oral history", which was folded in euro-atlantic intellectual spatium within the limits of modern scientific humanitarian tradition, universal algorithm of informative personalistic databases. The system and comprehensive study of the applied aspects of forming of regional historical memory is conducted on wide empirical materials. The unique personal informative professors database is created to DNU (50 interviews), which fixes the specific of becoming of educational establishments of region, biographies of his sign figures, processes of urbogenesis in Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine. At forming of this database the usual for domestic projects of "oral history" technologies are improved of questioning of respondents on the principle of a new structure of formalization of these initial external questionnaires is developed, that allowed to promote the level of informing of aquired individual narrative materials. As results of the researches in 2012-th - 2013-th years the archeographical publication of monographic format is published "Oral history of the DNU", the 10-th issue of collection of scientific labours of "Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine: historical processes, events, figures ", the 11-th issue of the thematic collection of scientific text "Around Dnipro region: historic-regional researches".
