The purpose of the work is to reveal regularities in the processes of hydrodynamics and heat transfer in low gravity, development based on identified patterns of scientifically grounded methods of mathematical modeling of these processes in structural components of spacecraft fuel systems of. Method of research is mathematical and physical modeling of real processes. In the result of the work such basic scientific results have been received as follow. The comprehensive method of assessing the impact of hydrodynamic and heat transfer processes in low gravity on the design parameters of the fuel feed systems of spacecraft have been developed. Mathematical models and numerical calculations were performed for the processes of hydrodynamics and heat exchange in the structural elements of the spacecraft. The experimental facility was developed and methodology of experimental research of the influence of the temperature field on the performance net of systems to ensure continuity of fuel spacecraft. On the basis of experimental data the engineering method was developed for the period of drying time, depending on the design parameters of sieve separators phases, the direction of the external mass acceleration and physical properties of the fuel components. Mathematical model and algorithm and software complex of the joint hydrodynamic and thermal fluid systems and thermal control was obtained. Conducted heat-hydrodynamic calculation of the unit payload carrier rocket "Zenit" has been done. Based on the results of theoretical and experimental investigations the recommendations on the choice of design parameters of fuel supply system of spacecraft. The results of the work can be used in the development and improvement of fuel supply systems and thermal control systems in aviation and rocket construction.
