A purpose of SR is creation of the one system of material science and technological decisions on the guided gelation from a liquid to the prepared products with an increase and stabilizing of properties for applying in industry of the different steels and alloys and methods of their making is easily soiled. Research methods - chemical, sciagraphy, metallography, microXspectral, quantitative texture neutron analyses, tests of mechanical properties, regressive-cross-correlation method of processing of statistical data, mathematical method of symplex grates of Sheffe. Research results - theoretical bases of the guided gelation of steel and cast-iron are created from the liquid state to the prepared products by treatment of fusions and optimization of the modes of treatment multicomponent modifiers in the hard state; attained stabilizing of chemical composition of steels; considerable grinding down of grains, increase of homogeneity of structure; diminishing of amount and round of nonmetallicss, change of their distributing; increase of mechanical properties of steel and cast-iron, treated on the new system. Job performances were approved on PC of "Arselor Mittal Krivoy Rog", PC of "INTERPAYP NTZ" with upgrading metal. Industry of application of results is metallurgy and engineer.
