Object of research - recombination centers and their role in the photo- luminescence electroluminescence films and crystals of solid solutions based on ZnS. The purpose of research is to elucidate the physical properties of the experimental samples by mechanosynthesis with improved optical and electrical properties , which will create new in-struments for micro - and optoelectronics. The data obtained suggest that the ultrasonic treatment of single crystals leads to: a) restructuring associated point defects in the crystal structure and its own "push" electronic trapping centers of atoms from the elastic and electric fields of dislocations b) the movement of edge dislocations , resulting rearrangement observed and the generation of defects forming deep levels of photosensitivity and radiative recombination . The comprehensive study allow to clarify the role of deep centers in charge transfer processes in photoluminescence . The role of impurities in the processes of structure formation of zinc sulfide crystals grown from the melt . It turned out that the final structure of the crystals depends on the effectiveness of the impurities do inhibitory effect on the motion of dislocations carrying phase transition 2H ? 3C. First detected EPR spectrum of Mn2 + ions in the 2H phase crystals ZnS, grown from the melt . Based on a study of the photoluminescence spectra , the temperature dependence of phonon photoconductivity , photoconductivity excitation spectra and other properties of ZnS: Mn crystals were conclusions about the local symmetry centers Mn2 +, responsible for radiation with wavelengths 557 , 578 , 600, 616 and 637 nm . The results obtained can be used to develop electronic instrument cluster of the new generation and their application in organizations and enterprises Instrument Making , engineering, electronics, aviation and rocketspace industry.
