The purpose of research: development of kinetic-thermodynamic conditions of rapidly quenched from liquid and vapor state in the formation of the new structure and micromorphology of metastable phases and the optimization and improvement of physical properties of new amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys, the effect of the degree of supercooling on the mechanical characteristics and morphological changes in battery alloy structure, the creation of computer models of physical processes in the formation of nanocrystals of film condensation and heat treatment of amorphous materials in the initial and later stages of their growth. Methods: electron microscopy, X-ray, metallographic and magnetic, building of polyterms of electroresistance, computer simulation Monte Carlo and molecular dynamics. The novelty of the research results is to create a new perspective of nonequilibrium hardened materials for current and future high-end technology in TV and radio instrument, high microwave technology, engineering, battery production.
