It is determined that existing technologies are characterized by high energy costs, most of which spend to heat the starting components. The analysis is carried out and the ways of reducing energy for holding bioenergy's conversion of feedstock in manufacture of biodiesel are defined. It is determined that an effective way of reducing energy consumption is using of a heat recuperators of the products' heat, obtained through heat pumps, as well as intensification of heat transfer processes using a reactor with discrete turbulators for reducing thermal processing parameters of bioenergy's conversion. Technical requirements of experimental stand for researching heat-and-mass transfer processes in manufacturing of biofuels are carried out.
