The object of study - 119 patients ( 121 localization) of children with BCG-osteomyelitis of the bones of the extremities. Objective - to improve the results of treatment of patients with BCG-osteomyelitis by surgical treatment and improving clinical and radiological, bacteriological, histopathomorphologycal diagnostic process. Research methods - clinical, radiological , histopathological, microbiological, immunological and statistical. Analysis and evaluation of clinical, radiological, histopathological, bacteriological and immunological data was performed. The long-term results of surgical treatment, frequency of orthopedic complications, restructuring of plastic material after a bone-plastic intervention were studied. Algorithm for the treatment of children with BCG-osteomyelitis and differentiated approach to the choice of surgical treatment and the type of plastic material were developed. Significant factors verify the diagnosis and correlations of indicators were established. System of diagnostic BCG-osteomyelitis in children has been improved. Algorithmic scheme differentiated approach to defining the indications, selection techniques perform debridement and bone-plastic were developed. The principles of clinical supervision of children with BCG osteomyelitis were defines.
