The object is innovation and investment activities. The methods are systemic analysis, dialectical one, induction, deduction, retrospective and comparative analysis, extrapolation, synthesis, and grouping. The experience of some countries and Ukraine on establishing of different territorial forms of investment support, like special economic zones, customs zones and industrial parks, was analyzed. The problems in their establishment and functioning were identified. The system of indicators for industrial parks monitoring as well as recommendations to improve legislation Ukraine was developed. The research results will be used by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine in the preparation of documents to stimulate investment activity and, in particular, on the development of industrial parks.
