Studied is the influence of technological parameters on the formation of dislocations and their polygonization, as well as the causes of changes in the shape of the streaks in the process of growth. The growth setup was updated, that allowed to obtain the streaks with a width of 50 mm and a thickness of 15 mm which had optical quality and did not contain blocks.
