An overall evaluation of the Strategy implementation in 2011-2013 has been made in the context of scenarios of the AR Crimea development and implementation of integrated goals. Key factors affecting the achievement of integrated goals of the Strategy for Economic and Social Development of AR Crimea for 2011-2020 have been identified. Trends in the region development have been assessed according to the priority areas of the Strategy for Economic and Social Development of AR Crimea for 2011-2020: the reforming of the health resort and tourist sector, the formation of a 21st-century agricultural sector, modernization of industry sector structure, the development of transport capacity, creating an environment conducive to life. The main problems and obstacles related to implementing the priorities of the Crimea development have been identified. Policy proposals to optimize economic and social development of the AR Crimea at the state, national and local levels have been elaborated in the context of achieving integrated goals of the Strategy of economic and social development of the AR Crimea for 2011-2020 as well as of the priorities of the Crimea development.
