The purpose of work - Creation of high performance cryogenic instrumentation and techniques of heat treatment of details of machines, working instruments and devices of installation for their hardening, heightening of wearing qualities. Tasks of operation were: Design of construction documentation of an experimental sample of a temperature-controlled nitrogen cryostat , intended for heat treatment of details of machines, working instruments and elements of installation in a temperature range from -196 °С up to +250 °С and on an experimental sample of a cryogenic cooling system of rolls of the rolling mill and their manufacture " Design of the function and structural schemes of these samples; " Design of operation of components of parts of these samples and their interaction as a whole; Design of technological technique of heat treatment of hardware with the purpose of their hardening, heightening of wearing qualities The following results are obtained: І. Designed construction documentation and manufactured the experimental sample of nitrogen cryostat, which ensures following characteristics: - Operating range of temperature of heat treatment - 77 K? 443К. - Operation work at 77К without cryoagent filling, not less - 24 hours. - Volume of nitrogen can of cryostat- 25 Ltr; Size of the loaded chamber: diameter of -300 mm, length - 500 mm - Minimal time at using of cryostat without cryoagent filling - 24 hours; П. Construction documentation is designed and the experimental sample of cryo set-up of forced gas cooling is manufactured,which ensures following characteristics: - Delivery of liquid-gas mixture out under pressure to the rolling mill through a fitting pipe with nozzles(injectors) with regulation of consumption and relation of a fluid in mixture; - Changing of temperature on a surface of mill rolls and metal from 200°С up to 60 °С ; Delivery of mixture on distance up to 5 meters from the location of a transport vessel with liquid nitrogen. The design instrumentation exceeds in a relation "price "/ quality" western analogs, as at identical engineering specification it has in three times smaller cost, than for western analogs. The designed apparatus is necessary for usage in machine construction industry and in rolling production in Ukraine.
