It was established that isoproterenol-induced damaged of the heart leads to changes in expression of the next genes: Agtr1a, Col1a1, Col3a1, Ptgs2, Timp2. Myocardial infarction reproducing had decreased the expression of 17-n genes and 7 of them are included in cardiac remodeling process: Ace2, Atp2a2, Col3a1, Mef2c, Mmp15, Mmp2, Timp2. The profile of gene expression was very different at coronarigenic and noncoronarigenic damage of the heart.
