The purpose of researches: working out of scientific and technical bases of application of microadditives hydrodynamically - active polymers in blood systems of the live organisms which use will allow to improve functions of system of blood circulation - delivery of oxygen and other nutrients to bodies and body fabrics, removal from cages of products of their ability to live, and also, in case of need, to reduce the general blood pressure. The carried out laboratory researches and mathematical modelling of a current of a liquid in modelling systems displaying a blood-groove have allowed to establish the basic laws of influence of a kind and properties of polymeric additives, structure of components of blood, hydrodynamic parametres of a stream of a liquid on hydrodynamic resistance at a stationary and pulsing stream. The structure and way of preparation of instant polymeric compositions is developed for decrease in resistance of a friction at a current of liquids (including for increase in speed of a blood-groove in live organisms). A number of advantages in comparison with a prototype has the offered polymeric compositions. Numerical modelling of currents in bent and ramiparous vessels is spent. The influence mechanism hydrodynamically - active additives of polymer on haemodynamics is shown. The method of identification of uniform elements of blood (red cells, crystals of cholesterol, etc.), hydrodynamic properties of blood calling a deviation from usual newtonian liquids is developed.
