On the base of the obtained spectral data it was founded that the cluster structure of monohydroxyl alcohols transforms at the phase transition from solid to liquid state. The calculations of cluster structures which are the most probable at given external conditions were carried out. As the result of the comparison of the calculated spectra with the experimental ones the final conclusion on the structure transformation at different temperature conditions was made: in solid state relatively large cyclic clusters - tetramers, pentamers and hexamers - dominate in alcohols (methanol, ethanol), and in liquid state smaller cyclic clusters become the dominating ones.
