The later is formalized -based on models borrowing various interactions at the molecular and cellular level. Two types of interactions: near and far are isolated and formalized on the basis of fuzzy confidence factor. The models of these interactions are formalized. Approbation performed by computer simulation of the following object domains : assessment of the impact of strategies (actions) of the marketing and production plans on the number of customers of the communications enterprise; constructing a model for the human-machine systems interaction, taking into account the characteristics of fuzzy emotional state, cognitive style and active type of human memory; constructing a model of learning in context- chained situational control, based on the conceptual model of the interaction of the system with a training environment.
