Results of IR-spectroscopy have shown the affiliation of the anion in the composition of the synthesized salt to the structure of the Peacock - Weekly . DTA method was used to study the thermal decomposition of salts , and thermolysis products were determined by XRD. pH - potentiometric research of systems Na2WO4 - HCl - NaCl - DMF (0-50 about .%) - H2O at 25,0 ± 0,1 C was conducted, models, involving particles formed in water- dimethylformamide solution were proposed in the dependance of the content of DMF and concentration equilibrium constants of reactions of formation IPTA were calculated; distribution diagrams of IPTA in aqueous dimethylformamide solution were built depending on the content of DMF, the optimal decatungstates synthesis conditions were determined; chemical, IR-spectroscopy and differential thermal analysis of the synthesized compounds were done and helped to identify the compounds [(C4H9)4N)] N3W10O32·15C3H7ON, (C8H11NH)4W10O32·3C3H7ON, [(CH3)4N)]4N3W10O32·4C3H7ON.
