A new way of treating patients with newly diagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with exudative pleurisy increases the rate smear positive cases to 89.5%, closing the cavity decay to 73.7%, and 67.4% of patients prevents the development metatuberculosis changes. In patients with newly diagnosed tuberculous pleurisy increasing proportion of clinical complete clinical recovery (from 7.5% to 56.4%), reducing the incidence of metatuberculosis changes (from 27.5% to 7.7%), both methods positively affect to restore the immune status and metabolic homeostasis. Sociological studies found that patients with psycho-emotional state - a significant factor that negatively affects the efficiency of the treatment.
