Results are presented of investigation of the effects of parametric and combination interaction of powerful HF signals with natural and artificial irregularities of the ionospheric plasma. The influence of the solar activity variations on the ionospheric perturbations has been investigated using data of measurements at super-long range HF radio links. A description and results are presented of field tests of the multiplexor receiving complex developed at the IRA NASU for measuring arrival angles and Doppler frequency shifts of the probe HF signals.
