The techniques for recording and processing the data of simultaneous electromagnetic measurements at the ionospheric and magnetospheric levels with taking into account the trajectory parameters of Resonance and Ionosat-Micro satellite clusters have been developed. The computer simulation of the algorithms for the mutual data processing including the correlation, spectral, and polarization approaches has been done. The software has been developed for processing the data of the magnetic field variations in two or more sites.The algorithms for detecting the Pc1 pulsations has been developed and tested. The 5-year set of magnetic data obtained at UAS "Akademik Vernadsky" has been processed. The estimation of diurnal and seasonal variations in the frequency of observations of Pc1 geomagnetic pulsations was done. The considerable interannual variability in frequency of pulsation appearance has been revealed: with increasing the solar activity the probability to observe the Pc1 is increases.
