It has been elaborated a sketch version of dimensional draw of the device, it was designed the mechanical parts of detectors head too. It was developed the working design documentation of main assemblies of the device. With the help of Monte-Carlo methodic as well as by the usage of GEANT4 tools it was carried out a computer simulation of the processes of light nuclei passage through detectors of device's telescopic system. It was obtained deposited energy values in the detector materials for each sort of charge particles. Dependences of primary particles registration coefficients as a functions of arriving angles were built, as well as angular sensitivity of detecting module was defined. It was elaborated functional and principal electrical schemes of signal analog processing channels and their constituting parts too. To provide all modules of the SIDRA device by different levels of voltages it were elaborated structural, functional and principal electrical schemes of secondary power supply printed circuit board. The board of supply generates all needing levels of voltages for analog and digital modules, as well as all bias high voltages for semiconductor detectors. It was provided also PCB-design and manufacture of both printed circuit boards: signal analog processing, and secondary power supply of the SIDRA device.
