Software modules for numerical simulation were written. The transverse components of the electromagnetic field of the surface wave field in the waveguide channels of the scattered field and the aperture array antenna are calculated. Infinite system of linear algebraic equations of the second kind with respect to the unknown amplitudes of spatial harmonics and waveguide modes was obtained and solved . Optimal conditions for the conversion of the surface wave in the waveguide wave phased array of semi-infinite coaxial-sector waveguides were selected and investigated.
