A purpose of researches - to increase the efficiency of water resources potential of rural territories of ARC use. Methods of researches - analytical (by collection, processing and generalization of present information) Also the materials of own developments of department and works of other authors were used. As a result of implementation of research works complex documents were worked out first for the Crimean region, which represent the present state of water resources, their use on all sectors of economy, perspective directions of further development of hydroeconomic complex. As a result of the conducted work the followings documents were developed: - Conception of the effective use of water resources potential of rural territories of AR Crimea, in which a long-term prognosis and suggestions on basic directions of hydroeconomic and lend reclamative complex of ARC development are resulted. As a result of Conception realization the stage-by-stage increasing of areas of the irrigated lands, providing the economy sectors by the enough quantity of quality water are foreseen. Potential users: Ministries of ARC: of agrarian policy and food, of economic development and trade, of social policy, of regional development, of building and housing and communal services; Republican committee on hydroeconomic building and irrigated agriculture of AR Crimea; Crimean basin management of water resources; Republican committee of ARC of natural environmental protection; - Recommendations on the increase of efficiency of use of water resources potential of rural territories of ARC in which measures on improvement of situation in the drinkable water-supply of rural territories, on effective use of the irrigated lands, optimization of local water resources use were resulted; Implementation of Recommendations will allow to get the project productivity level of agricultural cultures with an economy in 25-30% of watering water, to provide the rhythmic work of the irrigative systems of NCK, to solve urgent questions on drinking watersupply of rural settlements. Potential users: hydroeconomic organizations and farmers of different patterns of ownership; - Scheme of the rational use of water resources of AR Crimea, in which methodological foundations of efficient water resources use estimation, scientifically-grounded measures and technologies of renewal and functioning of the meliorative-hydroeconomic systems and methodical management, bases on the use and protection of underground and surface waters of Crimea, were worked out. Implementation of Scheme will allow: to increase the areas of irrigated lands - on 50%, and in perspective to provide the project operative mode of irrigative network on 400 ha of irrigated lands; to shorten the water losses on 30-50% due to the reconstruction of the irrigative systems and to use the modern methods of watering et cetera. - Proposals on questions of the effective use of water resources of AR Crimea (to the state programs), in which suggestions were presented on: the increasing of water resources use efficiency in the irrigated agriculture, reconstruction and modernization of hydraulic constructions and treatment complexes, regulation of local flow, providing of rural population with high-quality water. Potential users of Scheme and Proposals: Ministries of ARC: of agrarian policy and food; of economic development and trade; of social policy; of industrial policy for the government programs correction.
