Purpose - to develop practical principles of joint application of bacterial preparations and fertilizers on chernozems typical of the Left-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Methods of research - stationary field experiment, short-term manufacturing field experiments, laboratory analyses. Results - parameters increases in crop yield at the link of crop rotation (spring barley, soy, winter wheat) and change of quality indices of crops production under the influence of joint application of mineral fertilizers and different biopreparations are determined; recommendations about application of bacterial preparations in resource-saved agrotechnologies on chernozem soils of the Left-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine are developed. Novelty - the novelty of the research is proved by a patent on useful model №45812 from 25.11.2009. Efficiency - application of biopreparations allowed to increase yields of link of crop rotation on 10-13 % at the control and on 1-4 % at the background of mineral fertilizers, improve crops production quality. The average annual economic effect of application of biological products on the control amounted to 383 - 540 UAH/ha, on the background of mineral fertilizers - to 57-278 UAH/ha compared with the technology without seeds inoculation.
