The purpose of present work - adaptation and testing of dynamic macroeconomic model and model IOT converted into the prices compared to the base year with the separation of the influence of resource support to achieve highest possible economic growth. The integrated model is developed to find the best way for distribution of material, fuel and energy complex, investment and human resources to achieve the maximal growth of whole economy in the medium term in accordance with the scenario calculations. Methods: retrospective analysis, extrapolation, synthesis, bunching. The results of work will be used by the Department of Macroeconomic Forecasting in the analysis of structural changes made on the basis of the IOT.
