The object of research is the state crisis management and stimulating policy used like the internal scenario conditions when macroeconomic forecasting is performed. The methods of research are: econometric, statistical analysis, method of expert evaluations. The use of the developed crisis management system and evaluation of its positive and negative effects for the main expected macroeconomic indexes will improve the quality of representation of scenario conditions in the forecasts of main macroeconomic indexes.
