The technology for production of energy selective detectors based on crystals of ZnSe, ZnWO4, LuGdSiO5(Ce) and Gd2SiO5(Ce) was made on the basis of new technical solutions. Three X-Ray energy scanner prototype was created. The studies were held to obtain the radiographic images of test objects with different effective atomic number.
