There was shown a principal possibility to obtain ZnS crystals with high scintillation characteristics by the Bridgman method. The studies have proved that the annealed ZnSe single crystals doped with oxygen and aluminum can be used at room temperature as effective and fast scintillators. Research of ZnSxSe1-x solid solution crystals in the range where the content of ZnS is more than ZnSe can have the scientific and practical importance. Product Description popup.authors Галкін С.М.
