The aim of this research is to study clinicopathological features of metabolic and infectious liver diseases of early-aged children, to develop the methods of their prophylaxis and treatment. Research methods are clinical and statistical, biochemical, instrumental, immunological. Used equipments: an immune-enzyme analyzer "Statfax 303", an apparatus "KFK-3-01", an ultrasound apparatus "Sonolineg-40", a chromatograph "Cvet-500". In work to studies the structure of liver diseases of early-aged children, clinicopathological features of congenital (VG) and chronic hepatitis (CH). The analysis of serum and immunological parameters profibrotical activity of liver disease. The children being ill with hepatitis have a problem with the cytokine status disorder (TNF-? and HGF), which correlate with the indexes of fat acid spectrum of blood and testify to a high profibrotical activity in a liver regardless of duration of the process. Found disorders at innate hepatitis and a prolonged conjugated jaundice are possible to consider as favorable regenerations of liver. The early-aged children with pathologies of liver are found to have a disorder in a connecting fabric metabolism process. The indexes of GAG and factions of GP are correlated with activity of collagenase and can be determined as prognostic criteria of liver damages. The developed methods found out a significant prevalence of gall-bladder functional diseases for children with the prolonged conjugated jaundice. It is marked a high efficiency of UDHA in a complex therapy of the prolonged conjugated jaundice. A complex treatment of the innate hepatitis and the chronic hepatitis with the using of immunomodulators, antifibrotic, disintoxication and correcting fat acid spectrum medications, plus the optimized nutritive support stimulate the rapid rates of the removal of basic clinical symptoms and reduction of activity of processes in the liver.
