Purpose - to identify the characteristics of the formation of grain crops productivity and quality of grain according to their fertilizing, sowing and care measures for crops. Research methods - counting , weighing , chemical , physical , mathematical , statistical, comparative calculation . In studying the sowing of winter crops found that the highest yield of winter wheat, winter triticale and winter barley obtained by seeding 25 September and 5 October , the highest yield of winter rye - for sowing 15 and September 25. Significant increases in grain yield ( 0,47-0,75 t / ha) with the quality that meets class III according to ISO 3768:2010 , compared with controls ( yield 4.85 t / ha ) provided late nitrogen fertilization of winter wheat at a dose of N20 ( IV or V EO ) + N20 ( VIII or X, XI EO ) against the background N80R60K90 . The highest yield for simplified cultivation technologies provide varieties Actor - 5.25 t / ha and Woodland 90 - 5.04 t / ha, conditional net revenue 6442 € / ha and 5517 € / ha , respectively. For intensive technologies - Actor varieties ( 7.27 t / ha) and cornflower ( 7.19 t / ha), conditional net revenue 5726 € / ha and 5570 € / ha , respectively. The highest grain yield ( 7.88 t / ha) fertilization system is provided that comprises mineral fertilizers per planned yield 8.0 t / ha ( N268R90K176 ), magnesium oxide, 40 kg / ha of sulfur and 40 kg / ha in basic fertilization , foliar feeding of micronutrients in the late phase of the output tube urea and 25 kg / ha at heading stage against the backdrop of integrated plant protection, economic impact - 2016 € / ha.
