Purpose - to develop the theoretical foundations of designing energy-saving information devices based on single-chip multi-port active semiconductor structures used as multiparameter generalized immittance converters through the creation of the theory of multi immittance.The study used methods based on: the theory of complex numbers, matrix theory to calculate the electronic circuit design techniques schemes for constructing mathematical models, stability theory to determine the conditions of stability based on dynamic negatron, sensitivity theory to determine the sensitivity characteristics of information devices to change the parameters of the circuit elements . Computer modeling was performed using the software package MathCad, MatLab, MicroCap, OrCad PSpice, Microwave Office.The paper obtained the following main results:Mathematical models of manyports UPI based on bipolar and unipolar structures and their modes of operation. Methods and means for measuring the parameters of single-chip active N- ports and multi generalized transducers based on them, taking into account their potential instability and multi-polarity and can improve the accuracy of measurement parameters through the use of a floating load. Mathematical models and schemes of radio sensors and immitance logic elements based of multi UPI, based on bipolar and unipolar structures, with the advantage of high energy efficiency by utilizing semipassive modes , high speed and noise protection through the use of fuzzy immittance information basis.
