The purpose of the work: development theoretical bases of processes and equipment for continuous division and peeling of humid dispersive materials in a field vibro-blowing inertia loading. The method of the study and equipment: Experimental researches were spent with the help strain-gauge trans-ducers of pressure and movings, analogue-digitizer and the computer; theo-retical researches were carried out with use rheological elastic-viscous-plastically-inertial models of a damp disperse material, the dynamic "elastic-concentrated" models of the hydraulic pulse equipment, positions and de-pendences of theories of static pressing and filtering, vibrating loading, hy-draulic blow, the resonant-structural theory of vibro-blowing inertial pressing, and also made by authors computer MatLab - and Excel-programs. Theoretical and practical results: with use created on the basis of inertial vibropress-hammers with a hydraulic pulse drive (HPD) experimental stands for continuous phase division and clearing of damp disperse materials in the field vibro-blowing inertial loadings, dependences of parameters of loading on constructive and working parameters of stands are received; the given experimental dependences were compared with the corresponding settlement dependences received during researches of mathematical models of vibopress and installation with HPD for vibro-blowing of phase division and clearing of damp disperse materials which prototypes are stands; thus the maximum relative size of divergences did not exceed 11,3 % that proves a correctness of the developed models; on the basis of the equations of these models with HPD method of design calculation of optimum constructive data of the equipment are developed for continuous phase division and clearing of damp disperse materials in the field vibro-blowing inertial loadings, proceeding from parameters of the given loadings and physic-mechanical characteristics of a processed material; perspective schemes of the highly effective equipment with HPD for continuous phase division and clearing, and also the recommendation about its introduction into manufacture are offered. Novelty of work are: method of design calculation of optimum design data of the equipment with HPD for con-tinuous phase division and clearing of damp disperse materials in the field vibro-blowing inertial loadings, proceeding from parameters of the given loadings and physic-mechanical characteristics of a processed material, under condition of maintenance of the maximum productivity and minimum power consumption of the working processes, the set final humidity of a concentrate of a processed material and quality of clearing of its filtrate. Efficiency of introduction is provided because in comparison with known mechanical ways and the equipment for division, a way vibro-blowing loadings and the equipment with HPD provide reduction of final humidity of a concentrate of a processed material (on 10-55 %), and in comparison with thermal methods which are realized on vacuum, spraying and drum-type dryers - 10 times the lowest power consumption of working process; at use of a method continuous vibro-blowing clearings of damp disperse materials on the equipment with HPD in comparison with the clearing without blowing on 20 % productivity of process raises and the blockage of a filtering membrane is practically eliminated at the time.
