As an object of research initial bases of theories of electrodynamic analogies and control of a moment of inertia, methods and control devices of a moment of inertia of bodies of revolution of electrotechnical complexes and systems serve. The work purpose consists in development of the theory of electrodynamic (electromechanical) analogies and workings out on this basis of new methods and means of not destructive form of control of a moment of inertia of electrotechnical complexes and systems. For object in view achievement following problems are solved: 1) generalisation of operation of primary transformation of a moment of inertia in the theory of control of a moment of inertia of electrotechnical complexes and systems is performed; 2) mathematical identification of control devices of a moment of inertia that provides construction of the generalised mathematical model of process of primary transformation of a moment of inertia on the basis of the Lagrange equations is spent; 3) electric identification and modelling of control devices of a moment of inertia that provides workings out (in connection with absence) Lagrange and Lagrange-Maxwell equations of electric chains-analogues with any, beforehand uncertain, number of a degree of freedom is carried out; 4) formalisation of processes of mathematical and electric identification on a basis Lagrangian formalism and the gepotetiko-deductive approach by a variation of number of a degree of freedom of dynamic system is made; 5) it is developed and presented a row of new methods and means of not destructive control of a moment of inertia of electrotechnical complexes and systems with the improved static and dynamic metrological characteristics. Practical value of the gained results: 1) results of researches are introduced in manufacture on installations the Dnestrovsky HPSPP. The introduced sensor controls vibration acceleration and an angular rule are the basic components of the automated systems vibration monitoring and temperature control. Their use led to raise of reliability of work of hydrooscillators and hydraulic turbo-alternators of the Dnestrovsky river plant-2. A heading and quality characteristics are confirmed by the matching certificate; 2) 3 textbooks for students of the electrotechnical are written and published. Work materials are used in educational process on chair TEEM at reading of some disciplines of an electrotechnical direction. A heading is confirmed by the matching certificate.
