On the basis of research and development was put on a new approach based on the integrated use of gaming optimization methods of agreed solutions, taking into account the unreliability of the assessment of the controlled process, displaying the sequence of stages and states of the process considering branching as uncertain graph, synthesis of reliable, stochastic and fuzzy data on the characteristics of the process by means of generalized functions and the use of this representation to define a generalized risk acceptance criteria as the optimal solution.
