Project Purpose: efficiency increase of motor cortex anatomic topographic functional changes determination with application of functional magnetic-resonance tomography for prevention and minimization of dyskinesias at surgical treatment of intracerebral tumors and arteriovenous malformations. Investigation Methods - magnetic-resonance tomography, functional magnetic-resonance tomography, image heterogeneity quantitative evaluation, clinical investigations. 85 patients were investigated. Diagnostic criteria of motor cortex anatomic topographic functional changes in patients with intracerebral tumors and arteriovenous malformations applying MRI investigation complex by qualitative (MRI, MRA, fMRI) and quantitative (heterogeneity coefficient) characteristics were developed. The results of research work in the State Institution "Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology of NAMSc of Ukraine" were introduced into educational process of Diagnostic Radiology Department of Shupik National Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
