For the first time in the world practice were received large LGSO:Ce crystals with diameter of 30 mm and a length of 150 mm. The laboratory regulations for obtaining of LGSO:Ce and YSO:Ce scintillation crystals were prepared and approved. Obtained crystals meet the project requirements for registration of muon to electron conversion in high energy physics. Properties that were received in the project allow to use YSO:Ce, LYSO:Ce, LGSO:Ce crystals in diagnostic medical devices. Product Description popup.authors Бондар В.Г.
