Physical characteristics of surfaces of airless bodies of the Solar system and the dust and gas component of comets were derived processing the observed data. The development of astronomical camera on the basis of large-format CMOS matrix was completed. In particular, emissions of the CO+ and N2+ ions were registered in the spectra of comet C/2002 VQ94 (LINEAR) at a distance of 8.36 AU from the Sun (this distance is larger than ionic emissions have been detected in any previous objects.); the universal and effective three-dimensional Monte Carlo model for explanation of the circumstances of the formation of dust tails of comets was developed and the phenomenon of formation of striated features in the dust tails of comets was explained; it is established that the left-hand circular polarization is typical for 11 comets, which may indicate the fundamentality of this phenomenon; the phase dependence of the polarization of the large satellites of Uranus was first established; the electronic database of spectropolarimetric observations of planetary satellites for NASA Planetary Data System Data was prepared; theoretical and observational polarization studies of Solar system bodies were generalized and the monograph, which was awarded first place at the international competition of scientific monographs, was published in English; M.
