For observations on satellite "Samba" shows that the relative variation of the magnetic field in magnitosphere is larger than the value in the solar wind at about 2-3 times. The nature of turbulent plasma flow in magnitosphere is not specifically associated with turbulence in the solar wind and is largely a manifestation of their own processes in this area. Statistical analysis of turbulent processes showed that at high frequencies (small scale) turbulence structure differs from the low-frequency region. The existence of two regimes indicates two different processes: to describe processes with a scale greater than the ion-cyclotron radius we can use the MHD equations, and to describe the processes with less characteristic size - with kinetic equations.
