The object of study - the process of customs control of goods and vehicles into maritime checkpoints with the use of risk management. Purpose - to develop model of risk management in marine checkpoints using information on the results of the application of customs control. Research methods - systematic and comparative analysis, synthesis, dialectical method, abstract logical method. The study found no clear regulation of the use of risk management in marine checkpoints during customs control, particularly in restructuring the marine industry.
