The object of study - the formation of a customs audit in Ukraine. The aim of this work - scientific and theoretical study of improving the system of customs audit in Ukraine with regard to international experience of its implementation, and the development of methodological and practical recommendations for their implementation. The report deals with the theoretical and methodological approaches to the organization, conduct and results of customs clearance audit companies in Ukraine, analyzes the normative basis for customs audit in Ukraine and the scope of its regulation, the comparative analysis of the EU and Ukraine in the sphere of customs audit analyzed the experience of foreign countries for the organization and implementation of customs audit methodical approaches to the implementation of customs audit in Ukraine in the fields of international business activity based on the European experience, developed indicators for assessing the quality and effectiveness of customs audit companies in Ukraine, analyzes the effectiveness of customs audit in Ukraine for 2010-2012 years, described the European experience of assessing the quality of customs postaudytu, defined the problem of formation and functioning of the customs audit in Ukraine, developed evidence-based proposals for the introduction of the practice of customs audit in the European Union in the practice of the Ministry of income and charges Ukraine.
