Application of them both individually and with growth regulators of plants in different tillage systems allowed to obtain a significant increase of yield, to increase the quality indicators of products and was economically viable agricultural measure . On average for 2011-2013, the higher productivity of spring barley of the Sozonivskyy variety on natural background and N20P20K20 was obtained from the use of the preparation Fosfoenteryn + Biolan - 2.56 and 2.75 t/ha respectively, N40P40K40 - Mikrohumin seed + Biolan - 3.04 t/ha. By disking on the natural background and using N20P20K20 a higher yield was received in the variant Fosfoenteryn + Biolan - 2.43 and 2.63 t/ha, in N40P40K40 a grain productivity in variants with application of biologics was almost on the same level -2,73-2,77 t/ha. The higher grain yield of corn hybrid Liubava 279 MB for ploughing on the background without fertilizers was received by the seed treatment with Biogran - 8.26 t/ha; for N20P20K20 - Agrobakteryn (8.33 t/ha); for N40P40K40 - Biogran + Biolan, 20 ml/ha - 8.34 t/ha. By disking the higher indicators of productivity were received in the variants with application of Biogran: on the background without fertilizers - 6.75 t/ha; for N20P20K20 - 7.27 t/ha; for N40P40K40 - 7.25 t/ha or 9.2 %). On the natural background as for a plowing so for the disking, the higher yield of soybean of the Medeya variety formed in the variant of complex use of biologics Ryzohumin + Biolan - 20 ml/ha - 2.51 t/ha for ploughing and 2.22 t/ha for disking, which was on 0.30 t/ha (13.6 %) and 0.30 t/ha (15.6 %) higher compared to the control without fertilizers. By ploughing on the backgrounds N20P20K20 and N40P40K40 the higher productivity was obtained in the variant of Ryzohumin + Biosil 20 ml/ha - 2.53 and 2.59 t/ha respectively, which was higher than the absolute control on 0.32 and 0.38 t/ha . By disking on a background N20P20K20 - Ryzohumin + Biolan - 2.20 t/ha; N40P40K40 Ryzohumin + Biolan 20 ml/t + Biosil 20 ml/ha - 2.26 t/ha, which was higher compared to the absolute control on 0,34 t/ha or 17.7 %. The use of the microbal preparations is more profitable and cost-effective on the background without fertilizers for both primary tillage methods . Thus, the return on the additional costs on the BAKTERYZATSIYU when growing a spring barley by ploughing was 2,89-4,46 UAH/UAH, by disking - 0,67-2,81 UAH/UAH; of corn - 1,87 -5,22 and 2,81-4,38 UAH/UAH; of soybean by a ploughing - 7,48-17,72 UAH/UAH; for the minimum tillage - 3,13-15,40 UAH/UAH.
