However, sinceon the beginning of the fixation of atmospheric nitrogen is activated ascorbateperoxidase and further was correlated with the intensity of nitrogen-fixing apparatus. It was found that inoculation of plants induces expression of genes responsible for the formation of symbiosis , the level of which did not depend on the symbiotic properties of microorganisms. Simultaneous activation of nitrogen-fixing apparatus functioning contributed to the total protein content in the roots of plants infected active rhizobia . The research results can testify about the identity of the physiological processes that occur during the initial stages of the symbiotic systems formed by microorganisms with contrasting properties , including obtained by introducing into their genome of nanoparticles - transposons .
