The purpose of the study is the investigation of electrocatalytic activity of nanoheterostructural films of transition metal oxide in the oxygen evolution reaction. The method of investigation - electrochemistry. Electrocatalytic activity of cobalt oxide, magnetite and titan-dioxidemanganese anods in oxygen evolution reaction were studied by polarization measurements. It was shown that increasing or decreasing the temperature of the surface oxide formation instead of the optimum temperature decreases catalytic activity of metal oxide anode. Electrocatalytic activity increases in the series: magnetite - manganese dioxide - cobaltit. Scope - water preparation and water treatment.
