Results over of retrospective analysis of consequences of earthquake of November, 10, 1940 are brought, that was the strongest in 20 century in the region of Carpathians. The results of inspection of perceptible earthquake of Junes, 24, 2013 are shown in a Krivoi Rig. Influence of structural and tectonic factors is well-proven on catastrophic development natural and technical-natural geosystems. The results of works are expounded on clarification of seismic danger of areas of two especially responsible objects: plant on the production of nuclear fuel in Smolino and by Kakhovka hydroelectric power station. Results are inculcated in practice at setting of antiseismic events for these objects.
