The primary purpose of work is a ground of conceptual bases in relation to further development of theorist-methodology and organizationally-technical positions of registration politics, and also development of practical recommendations from the improvement of order of forming and realization of registration politics by the subjects of economic activity that provides organizationally-economic terms for effective activity of managing subjects of Ukraine. Research methods are scientific methods of analysis and synthesis of induction and deduction, ascent from abstract to concrete, and also specific methods of analysis : grouping, comparison, mutual study of economic processes et al. Basic scientific results and their novelty : Conception of registration politics is formed and the optimal variant of her structure is certain for the subjects of economic activity. The project of national position(to the standard) of record-keeping is offered "Registration politics" in accordance with the requirements of international standards of the financial reporting that creates terms for the improvement of the normatively-legal adjusting of record-keeping in Ukraine and increase of efficiency of management of economic activity subjects; the models of registration politics are worked out for the managing subjects of different industries of economic activity with the aim of choice of the rational planning of maintenance of registration politics of subject of menage that will give an opportunity to shorten time and choose the algorithm most accepted for him at planning. The practical value of research results consists in possibility of the use of theoretical and practical developments of registration politics the subjects of economic activity during forming and realization of Statute about registration politics.
