Goal of the research is to develop scientific principles, theoretical and methodological rationale for the choice of the ways for the forming of new world economic order; to determine the functional architectonics of formation of new model of globalization; to reform international financial and economic institutions regulating the functioning and development of the world market; to develop international standards for protection against negative cross-border, regional and global phenomena that undermine the financial stability of the world economy and the imperatives of ensuring of strategic priorities for Ukraine's participation in these processes. Methods of research - historical-logical; scientific generalisation; systems approach; induction, deduction, comparison, systematisation; analysis and synthesis; dialectic method; institutional method; unity of theory and practice; structural and dynamic analysis; analogy; cluster analysis; corelation and regression analysis; economic-statistical methods. Results and their novelty: Scientific novelty is represented by the development of theoretical and methodological bases for formation of the world economic order; adequate concept of socially responsible globalization, which corresponds to the new polycentric model of global development and global- centric model of relative dominance in specific fields and generates endogenous growth in demand for international exchange, integration, accompanied by systemic imbalances, the growing importance of financial sector and determining the imperatives of ensuring strategic priorities for Ukraine's participation in these processes. Theoretical and methodological approaches to analysis of paradigm shifts in the global economic and world civilizational processes were developed and main problem areas in the formation of qualitatively new configuration of the homeostasis of global and national economic and social systems were determined. Theoretical and methodological approaches to analysis of the nature of the assymetry of global development, as well as functional and criterial features of the segments of architecture of global economic space were generalized. The functional architectonics of forming a new model of global economic order with new rules and standards of global market functioning, as well as the strategy of Ukraine's national economic interests providing in the conditions of global changes were proposed.
