Implementation of the main goals of research to develop the modern concept of fiscal policy in Ukraine in the conditions of formation of a society of sustainable development - provided the study in the following areas: research theory and organizational approaches to the implementation of fiscal policy at the national and regional levels as part of financial and economic policy and to identify the relationships between the components of fiscal pol-icy, determining the dominant conceptual, organizational and legal bases of formation and implementation of the Consolidated Budget of Ukraine; justify fiscal strategy optimal combination of tax, borrowing and transfer forms of financial support to forma-tion of society for sustainable development. In carrying out the research work uses the methods of scientific research theoretical and empirical levels, namely, the dialectical logic and formal methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction, generalization, induc-tion and deduction, analogy, Statistics and Economics, Economics and Mathematics. Grounded scientific and theoretical princi-ples and the practical measures applied by public authorities in the conduct of fiscal policy, and applied in the educational process of Ternopil National Economic University in the development of teaching and methods of teaching subjects.
