The topic of research is the disclosing of Ukrainian identity invariants in the content of the certification program of the Ukrainian language and Ukrainian studies. The project aims to order a semantic and symbolic form of expression of Ukrainian identity that to create a single identification mechanism which establishes the Gestalts of Ukrainian identities in proxemics of Ukrainians living abroad. The project involves the study of the theoretical foundations and the creation of the concept of education semantics, pragmatics and syntax within the humanitarian space in the Ukraine and abroad. To solution the main tasks of the project it used the integrative method of Ukrainian studies. On the basis of the methodology of Ukrainian studies it provides the formation of a specialized set of methodological steps which should reflect the essence of the subject research. The result of the theme: based on Ukrainian studies it fulfilled a methodological conceptualization of the Ukrainian identity invariants in different cultural environments; it created a set of guidelines concerning the compositing of the content of teaching facilities in the Ukrainian language and Ukrainian studies for Ukrainian foreign educational institutions; it developed a draft of national integrative logistic model using modern IT and innovative educational technologies for national implementation of internal and external quality monitoring of the continuous language education in the Ukrainian language, suitable for practical application and use other languages and other disciplines; it elaborated and tested a model of software certification of official language levels; it created and composed content for teaching and learning facilities in the Ukrainian language and Ukrainian studies for foreign Ukrainian educational institutions (level B2, graduate school). Scientific novelty: first in the Ukraine it developed software for certification of official language levels. It makes possible give the tests that determine the level of the Ukrainian language in offline and online modes. This model connects the definition of a purely linguistic skills (syntactic and semantic dimensions) whit the context of their existence and functioning (pragmatic dimension of language), that is reflected in the unity of 5 test segments, corresponding to 5 personal linguistic competences: grammar, listening, reading, writing and speaking.
