The model provides the coherence of heat exchanger and compressor characteristics that corresponds to the optimal thermodynamic cycle of the heat pumps. The mechanism of the mine water flow structure formation in the hydrocyclone of heat pumps for geothermal water waste heat recovery in mining has been stated. The methods of heat pump parameters optimization have been developed. As a result of the modeling of hydro-and thermodynamic processes of the mine water movement, an improved construction of the hydrocyclone has been developed. Moreover, the main construction and hydrodynamic parameters of the hydrocyclone that provide high efficiency of mine water cleaning have been determined.
