The method to study the processes of crushing and dedusting of streams in the centrifugal field of cyclone devices while using the classical principles of the theory of similarity and modeling is developed. The regularities of formation of raised loads on reinforcement depending on the parameters of lifting vessels' roller guides and the actual conditions of their exploitation are established and measures to reduce these loads are proved. Mathematical models of formation of operating modes of the compressor and heat-recovery plants, that allow to identify performance indicators and rational operating modes of turbo-compressor plants with heat pump and cogeneration technologies of recycling of heat are developed. New mathematical models and methods for calculation the most perspective way of solid minerals hydraulic hoist are developed, which take into account specific regularities of factor influence upon the installation options. Dependences are obtained, which show that smooth speed control of conveyor provides a constant value of the linear mass traffic on the ribbon, and this gives the opportunity to get the maximum power savings with alternating transport flow, despite on the law of distribution. Reducing the speed of conveyor and traffic slows wear gearboxes, bearings, rollers and increases the life of the tape, lowers the operational costs. The technical parameters of the district pneumatic-electric conditioner are estimated.5481
