O., Registration Date 27-01-2014 Organization Institute of Urology AMS of Ukraine popup.description2 It has been proved that only percutaneuos puncture nephrostomy (PPNS) performed in the patients with obstructed upper urinary tracts (UUT) is a low invasive and objective method of diagnostics in determining the functional reserve of the injured kidney. It has been determined that the change in activities of renospecific enzymes of lysosomes of nephrothelium NAG and ?-Gal is in proportion with the degree of renal impairment. But the method of determination of activity in these urinary enzymes objectively reproduces the speed of the normalization process of the function of an impaired kidney. The available functional reserve of an impaired kidney was assessed by the following criteria: 1) the volume of urine from nephrostoma every 3 - 4 weeks after PPNS - above 400 ml; 2) the specific weight of produced urine - more than 1004; the tendency to normalization of dimensions of pelvio-caliceal system in an injured kidney and normalization in 68.5% of type of renographic curve must be seen. Determination of the reserved ability of the injured kidney in the prolong UUP obstruction due to the used PPNS allowed in out of 157 examined and treated patients in 103 of them (65.6 %) to perform the organ saving treatment.5481 Product Description popup.authors Возіанов С.О.
